Hi, I’m Priyanka — Founder of Iraaya Stays, and the one behind the floor plans, the mood lighting, and mysteriously well-placed cushions. I’m an Architect by profession, but at heart, I simply love creating spaces that make people feel at ease — like they’ve arrived somewhere familiar, even if it’s their first time.
Iraaya Stays began with a simple idea: what if a homestay didn’t feel like a rental, but like your own little world for a few days? A place that’s warm, welcoming, and just a little magical — where naps last longer, mornings feel softer, and even the walls seem to smile.
When I’m not sketching layouts, you’ll find me chatting with guests, fluffing pillows before check-in, or rearranging the books on the shelf (purely for aesthetic joy).
